Namsan Tower is for Lovers

My first full day in Seoul, I had rice cakes for breakfast and then went back to sleep. My poor body sore all over from walking uphill carrying heavy bags. I bruised my poor shoulder.

I know I promised to do a walk through of my little house, but I still haven't got round to it yet. So here's a few pics of the walkways. When I had finally gotten ready, it was already late in the day. So I went for a walk around my little neighborhood.

I ended up going to Vatos for lunch, I know y'all are gonna laugh, but after a week of Korean food tacos are where it's at.

They were surprisingly delicious, and the salsa perfect. They may not have Mexicans in Korea, but the good people appreciate our fine cuisine.

Right next to the taco place was Daiso where I spent too much money on snacks. I also managed to find the Money Exchange, so I no longer had to worry about not having any cash.

After returning home to change, and talk on the phone, it was time to make my way to Namsan. In the drama Boys Over Flowers Gu Junpyo takes Gum Jandi to Namsan on a first date, and they get trapped in a cablecar overnight. So I rode the cablecar up. It's a really spectacular view of the city, but insanely hot in that little glass car lol.

Namsan Tower is really a place for lovers as you can see all the locks up there. Yout right you love on a lock and it stays there forever. Kinda special, I should have made one out to myself, I didn't think about until after.

I stopped off at a little place whose name I do not know for some Gimbap and some sort of soup. It was good, then headed back as it had cooled down drastically, and I was all sweaty.

First look was a lilac skirt made by me with my Benito dress shirt (available in shop) over that I wore my Northanger Abbey sweatshirt (available in shop) with some knee high socks. And some black shoes I bought for this trip.

Namsan Tower look was a cropped dolman sweater from Fallas with a light jacket I made on top.
